Our services

Universal Landscaping provides landscaping, hardscaping, concrete, carpentry, snow & ice management, and related services in Bedford, Halifax, and the greater HRM. Specific scope, materials, and timelines are defined in the written estimate or agreement for each project.

Estimates & quotes

Quotes provided through this website or by our team are estimates based on the information available and are not a binding contract until a formal agreement is signed. Pricing may change if project scope, site conditions, or material costs change.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your project agreement. We accept the payment methods shown on our website. Deposits, where required, are outlined before work begins.

Workmanship warranty

Eligible hardscape installations are backed by our five-year workmanship warranty, subject to the terms provided with your agreement. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or events outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Universal Landscaping is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law
